The Buddha Book Club
A spacious gathering of Vajrayana & Dzogchen practitioners who read the literature of the great
spiritual masters--past, present, & future. This is a place to take refuge...quietly and anonymously.
Rime (pronounced "rea mah") acknowledges the philosophical understanding and wisdom and maintaining the best of the various Buddhist traditions. In way of example, to perfect one's practices and to become an authentic spiritual person, one can adapt a Rime or non-biased approach towards all Buddhist traditions. For instance, Jetsun Tsongkhapa of the Gelukpa school of the Tibetan tradition received instructions in Dzogchen practice from the great Nyingma Master, Layki Dorje; the Madhyamika instructions from the Sakya master, Rendawa Zhonu Lodro; instructions on the Six Yogas of the Kalachakra Tantra from Jonang Panchen Chogle Namgyal; and instructions on thePrajnaparamita Sutras or Transcendent Wisdom Scriptures from Jonang Nyawon Kunga Pal.
In essence, examine all things and retain that which is beneficial to all sentient beings.

Welcome to the "Buddha Book Club"
The Buddha Book Club is a place for avid readers of Buddhist literature, where insights are invaluable to the community at large.
If you are a practitioner who does not have a nearby sangha or cannot make a sangha gathering for whatever reason and who desires to use some spare time to read the words of Masters, this is a blogging site for you. Click on the above "Blogging" tab. You do not have to leave your home and face traffic to get to a gathering to discuss a book. One purpose of this site is for you to decide which book you want to read and to share with others.
Or, you may write freely your reflections and insights as you engage in "blogging." You may wish to invite comments. Others may want to join you.
Make this your Buddha Book Club or make it your wish list of readings on Buddhism. Participate when you can--the structure is yours to make within the space of these pages of light particles. Moreover, add to your heart's content anything Dharma/dharma. If there is something you would like posted here, please let it be known.
May all sentient beings enjoy happiness and the causes of happiness.
